S Corp TaxationWhy the address says taxation

People type this phrase when they want a rate. The pages answer with the form the dollar belongs on, and with the name of the practice that will read it.

Who is on the other side of the form

Steven Palmieri is the Tax CFO, the Entrepreneur's CFO. On this address the work is the company return, the shareholder wage setup, statements that carry no assurance, and the monthly read under them. One person does it. The form does not arrive from a department you will never meet.

If a sentence on this page looks wrong, phone the practice and name the line. The only outbound link on this address lives on the disclosures page, and it goes to the practice hub. Every other page stays inside this argument. What the rest of the practice publishes is written there, in that page's own words.

The disclosures page carries the one link to the practice hub. These pages stay here.

Why a rate would be a lie on this address

A rate without a form is how a year gets misunderstood. Ordinary profit, wages, the Texas report, and the rare company-level tax are not one number wearing four hats. Publishing the address people search, and then refusing the single number, is the whole editorial choice.

The giant eyeball in front of the Joule, the sculpture called Eye, is a thing people in this part of Texas point at because it is strange and exact. You see a sculpture making a face at Main Street. We see an object and ask what it cost, what life it still has on the books, and whether anyone wrote that down. A smile on a sidewalk is not a basis schedule. Someone still has to record what the sculpture cost and how much life it has left.

What the first conversation is

You name the form you have, whether anyone was paid, and the last month you trust. Those three facts tell us whether a conversation is useful. Filling in a form on this site does not move money. A written scope comes later, once both sides can see the work.

Sometimes the useful answer is that an engagement would be early. Twenty minutes on a first call creates no duty that continues past the call. The terms page writes that as contract language. Here it is a boundary, said before a form on this site is mistaken for a hire.
